jewellery comes back to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging.

Every design at Grace & Evelyn Jewels is created by sisters Grace & Evelyn. Each piece begins as an idea, is carefully crafted in our workshop, and is personally checked before it is sent to you.

Life happens. If a chain snaps or a stone comes loose, contact us with your order number and a photo. Within the first 6 months, we’ll repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.

For accidents and well-loved wear beyond that, we’re still happy to look at repair options or offer a discount on a replacement.
